Good Faith Estimate
Understanding costs before your visit.
This page is maintained by A Safe Space to explain how we handle cost estimates for uninsured and self-pay patients. It is not a guarantee of final charges.
Your right to an estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are not using insurance have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled services. You may also request one from any health care provider or facility that provides items or services to you.
How to request an estimate
For a cost estimate before your appointment, email our billing specialists at Patients@brooke-Cc.com. Please include the service you are interested in and whether you are paying out of pocket or using insurance.
Self-pay tiers
We offer self-pay tiers for common screening packages. An additional lab fee may apply for certain tests. Visit our Services page for current tier pricing.
Disputes
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than the Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute it. Contact us and we will help you understand your options.
